What to look for when purchasing a Shopping Cart Cover? As a Mom, these are the considerations that I think are most important when selecting a shopping cart cover. First and foremost.the baby shopping cart cover should cover the entire seating area. This is important!!! If you want the cover to protect your child then it needs to cover the entire seating area.

The second most important thing to consider is ease of use. You need to be able to get the shopping cart cover from where ever it is in the car, quickly, and get it on the shopping cart with one hand (the other hand/arm is holding the purse/diaper bag and child). Once it is on, you can put the child in the seat, make any needed adjustments and buckle the child in.

If you shop at any of those warehouse shopping centers with the larger/oversized shopping carts you will definitely want a shopping cart cover that will fit both the normal and larger size shopping carts. Many of the shopping cart covers can also be used to cover restaurant highchairs and park swings. Almost all of the quality shopping cart cover sold today, will cover almost any size shopping cart.

Shopping Cart Covers have made this problem disappear. They are extremely easy to use – they fold easily into a tote or diaper bag so you can carry and store them right in the diaper bag. The website’s creator, Dena Holtz, told us, “This clever little invention is not only user friendly, but one-handed user friendly as the maker realizes you will most likely be holding your little one in one arm while you secure the cover with the other.

It takes about 10 seconds to throw the cover into place and secures with Velcro straps. Parents love that.” Once you have your baby or toddler buckled in the shopping cart cover, you also have the option of using a bottle pocket, toy pocket, multiple loop attachments which allows you to a pacifier so the child cannot throw it on the dirty store floor.

Options!!!! All of the name brand shopping cart cover have similar but different options that you will need to consider. Toy Loops: These are a must have. Attach your child’s toys to them so they can’t throw them over board.

The big downfall to all models of the Graco Cargo is that it does not make a good long-term belt positioning booster. Parents should skip the lowest model, the Treasured Cargo, with its rear harness adjustment. Seats with rear harness adjustment are difficult to get a secure fit each time.

Finding the best looking seat is not the main issue. The main thing to be concerned with is protecting the cargo it carries. Always be vigilant in buckling your infant in every time you get in the car. Never take a child out of a car seat until she has reached the appropriate age and size. The biggest cause in child injury due to car seats today is the improper use of them. Read all instructions thoroughly and follow every direction to the letter.
